
#1621-[URGENT] Template edit feature is required

Also, there is one issue, when we map old templates successfully, after that if we try to view the template, it does not show any message content. All fields show blank.

When I edit a template, it appears blank with no content.
WhatsApp template edit option not working as expected.. because when user click on eye it's messy the content and msg format getting disturbed. so when user edit need to reformat and if forgot to reformat then msg getting approved as it.
my one client made mistake and campaign was delivered to 4K+ numbers.
so team please check and fix.

Please test the issue with a newly created template and share your findings with us. There may be a problem affecting templates created during the initial mixed template release. Thanks, Konok
i checked by creating new template and on multiple account issue remain same.
i request you to check yourside also and share me video that working fine in your account.

We have checked in our end, didn't find the issue, please in this case open a support ticket and provide us credential where you are facing the problem, so we could check there and find the actual issue and fix it as soon as possible.
