#2008-Accidently deleted actual customer

Hello Team,

Please give a mechanism to protect email verified users from deleting.

I intended to delete a spam customer, but deleted a verified customer instead by mistake.

The confirmation dialog only shows a confirmation message to delete but it does not show the user we are trying to delete.

Kindly ask for the admin account password if we are trying to delete a verified user.

Also show in confirmation popup, email and full name of the user being deleted.
