01: Agents are seeing each other's conversations, and seeing all the messages that arrive in the chat without being attributed to them, and this is causing a lot of problems for customers who use the platform for service Please do not allow agents to see each other's conversations

02: The attendant is talking to a customer and when a new message arrives he automatically opens the message and changes the conversation, and this ends up disrupting the attendants' service, please correct these problems, as I don't know what else to say to customers I wait for the correction
