AI Use and Responsibility

BotSailor uses AI technologies including intent detection, natural language processing, and AI-powered message generation. By using our AI features, you agree:

• • That AI content may be inaccurate, outdated, or biased
• • To train AI responsibly using only permitted, lawful, and non-sensitive data

We disclaim all liability related to AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for verifying critical information.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• • Illegal Financial Services: Unlicensed money transmission, unregulated cryptocurrency schemes, or other illegal financial services

Consequences of Violation

If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that you are using BotSailor for any prohibited illegal business or activity:

• • We will immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice
• • We may report your activities to relevant law enforcement authorities
• • We will cooperate fully with legal investigations and provide information as required by law
• • You will forfeit any unused subscription fees, and no refunds will be provided
• • You may be held legally liable for any damages or consequences arising from your illegal use of our platform

Your Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of BotSailor complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions where your business operates. You represent and warrant that your business activities are legal and that you have obtained all necessary licenses, permits, and authorizations required to conduct your business.

User Content and Data Ownership

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotSailor is not liable for:

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the incident.

Affiliate Policy

Reseller Policy

A BotSailor reseller is a business or entrepreneur that uses the BotSailor white-label program to sell chatbot automation services under their own brand name and domain, without having to develop or maintain the software themselves. For detailed information, please refer to our Reseller Policy.

Community Guidelines

BotSailor provides community forums and discussion boards to facilitate knowledge sharing, support, and collaboration among users. When participating in our forums, you agree to follow these community guidelines:

Respectful Communication

• • Be respectful and courteous to all community members, regardless of their experience level, background, or opinions
• • Use appropriate language and avoid profanity, offensive remarks, or discriminatory comments
• • Engage in constructive discussions and provide helpful, accurate information
• • Do not harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users

• • Repeated violations may result in permanent forum access revocation
• • Decisions regarding moderation are final and not subject to appeal

Reporting Violations

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you post in our forums. BotSailor is not liable for user-generated content, and you agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your posts.

Indemnification

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to assist and cooperate with us as reasonably requested.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to BotSailor at our sole discretion without prior notice. Upon termination:

• • We may retain your data as required by law or delete it upon request
• • You may not create a new account if your previous one was suspended.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Bangladesh unless otherwise specified. Any dispute shall be resolved through:

• • If unresolved, final and binding arbitration in English language under Bangladesh law

You waive class action rights and agree to individual arbitration.
