Signature Message not working properly

Hello team,
Signature message set in admin panel not sending by default in all agent sign,
#User-Name# not taking user name dynamically,
in admin settings > signature msg not updating. if i update again getting resetted.

I just checked in our end, I see it's working fine.

Here username is the agent name, not the subscriber name.

Also I just checked by updating message in admin area and I found it's working fine.

I would ask you to give a video explanation how the problem is actually happening to understand better and reproduce the issue in our end, so we can fix it quickly.
