Feature Request: Chat Filtering by Assigned Agent

Dear BotSailor Team,

We are currently using BotSailor's WhatsApp Live Chat feature as an admin and have noticed that there is no option to filter chats by the assigned agent. Since we assign chats to different agents for efficient handling, it becomes challenging to track and manage conversations without a filtering option.

I strongly believe that implementing a "Filter by Agent" feature is essential for improving workflow and chat management. This will allow admins and team members to monitor assigned conversations more effectively, leading to better response times and customer satisfaction.

I kindly request you to consider this feature as a priority for future updates. Please let me know if there is any roadmap for implementing this or if there's an alternative solution available.

Yes, This is a nice suggestion to make the share inbox more powerful in reporting. We are considering it for next update. Our team will soon add filtering by assigned agent very soon.

Dear BotSailor Team,

Thank you for implementing the "Filter by Assigned Agent" feature.

I would like to suggest an improvement regarding its placement. Currently, this filter is available under the Shared Inbox section. However, for better usability and convenience, I believe this feature should also be made available directly within the WhatsApp Live Chat panel.

Suggested Placement Options:
Under the header menu of the WhatsApp Live Chat panel, or

As a dedicated filter option alongside other filters (e.g., All, Mine, Unread, Archived)

I appreciate your continuous support and look forward to seeing this adjustment in future updates.

Thanks for your suggestions and request. However we are strongly recommending you to switch to omnichannel shared inbox which is faster and advanced. In future we will keep omnichannel shared inbox and discontinue single channel live chat.
