My idea is that the AI training can learn from the chat history of all the contacts in a channel/account.

So it will gather information about the conversations and the responses given to questions or contexts.

This way, it will learn and generate a prompt for the AI training. This could be updatable so we can add more information to the prompt (or new ones) based on new conversations, based on the history of each chat.

The system should detect outgoing and incoming messages to determine which were frequently asked questions or relevant information to create a useful prompt.
