Automatic Layout Adjustment
When resizing the window on desktop, the content should adapt instantly without needing to reload the page.

Dark Mode on Mobile
Ensure the dark theme is applied correctly inside each chat when the device is in night mode.

Configurable “Typing” Indicator
Add a setting to enable or disable the “typing…” status for both users and the AI assistant.

“Recording Audio” Indicator
Display “Recording audio…” while the user is recording a voice message.

Performance Optimization
Improve loading speed and overall responsiveness of the tool.

Email Sending from Chat
If the subscriber’s email is available, provide an action to send them an email directly from the chat options.

Desktop App for Shared Inbox
Develop an installable Shared Inbox application (Windows/macOS) that launches faster and delivers a smoother experience than the web version.

However -
Configurable “Typing” Indicator
Add a setting to enable or disable the “typing…” status for both users and the AI assistant.

Currently the Typing feature works even if it is not enabled and the bot is paused.

Can you please make a screenshot/short video by showing when typing indicator is showing even it's disabled.
