Hello team,
Shared Inbox Follow-up Notification not working when i am doing chat in shared inbox but if i switch to dashboard then only it shows notifications.
so please fix it,

Now seems working.
But i found another bug when we get notification and click on that it's redirect to old live chat.
so please fix it.

Okay, We found that notification is working fine. Although about clicking to redirect to old live chat may happen, we are checking it and will fix it soon.
