Hello. I'd like to inform you that: When you have the "All WhatsApp" tab in the chat filter, the bot replies aren't sent from the chat. They only work if I have selected only the number I want to send the bot from. (I don't know if this happens when I only have one number connected; I imagine not.)

The problem now is that when entering the chat it does not respect the bot's reactivation time, at least with WhatsApp Business, after entering the chat the bot resumes immediately

Are you talking about Join chat ? If you join chat enabled means signature message option, then that bot will be pause for that entered subscribers.

I found a bug if you open panel from mobile and try to upload media in media upload it's not opening file section screen of mobile so upload media not working.

Fix pls thanks

Can u please provide a screenshot where media upload not working ? I just checked my mobile to file attachment in IPhone and its working ?

When I enter the chat using the signature system, the bot immediately resumes. It doesn't respect the configured time. This happens with WhatsApp Business.

When you join chat, Bot will resume. Its an expected behavior. Because when agent take the control and the bot same time reply it will create a mess. And the configuration you set for how many time bot will resume, it will resume then.


What you want here please ?

And also in Bot configuration, there is also option to disable this bot disable option . Just disable this option, So shouldn’t pause then. Let me know if it doesnt work.

Yes template msg media upload not working for video and image both even i see in desktop and mobile both not working.

please fix it.. or give us an option to make shared inbox optional so we can use livechat with limited feature because it's stable and easy to use with good UI.

almost 20+ days over on announcement of livechat still there is many bugs you not fixed yet,
