1) Mobile view are not optimized properly . Check the list and button message fomat and fix them

2) Loading takes lot of time

3) No log out option in shared inbox

4) For moving around differnt menu why the entire page is reloading.


Note: I reported all these bugs exactly 2 day after this was introduced but my ticket was open till now and I lost the ticlet due to new support portal

i see when i click on canned response > click use > then send image not getting send but when choose canned response using / key then image sending.

so you can fix accordingly.


Lots of Users having Canned Response more then 25/30 , below 10/5 it is showing if i put / , but if morethen 25/30 is there means if i put / it is not showing the canned responses so please decrease height between canned response list appears.


No go back button found so please add user not understand have to click on dashboard


Decrease left right space https://prnt.sc/5cSx1V8oFBMm as per this


On click save button in shared inbox or due to any other reason still conversation appears 2 times https://prnt.sc/glag5b_X-xra this issue was on livechat also still not fixed so now fix on shared inbox


On archived conversation browser notification appears for incoming msg and it's redirecting to all conversation so how can identify so fix this

Also in shared inbox file upload not working


On send template flow popup > search not working in message template and whatsapp flow


On send template flow popup > after sending whatsapp flow form by filling header, footer and body it's not getting refreshed so if i choose other flow to send it shows old filled value


Dynamic value not visible like #User-Name#

I'll add more:


Bot-replies aren't sent if you don't have the WhatsApp that has them selected (using multiple accounts). The same thing happens with Instagram and Facebook and Telegram.


2. Telegram bot-replies aren't shown in the list of bots to send.


3. When you're in a chat and receive messages, they remain unread until you switch and re-enter the chat.


4. In dark view, there are sections that remain white, becoming invisible.

Number is masking is not working on Shared inbox. As if is applying only on live chat. Kindly enable the number masking on shared inbox as well.

There are so many bugs, and yet they insist on removing single chats that work perfectly? Wow.

If i try to change the name and click save it is not saving 


the name If having morethen 40,50 Templates Then In Templates choosing option it is not showing


Even in below 40,50 templates , it is showing but cant able to upload media ( both by choosing upload button / drag and drop )


For WhatsApp red tick , reason and error code not getting


Since Label is in showing while hover on chatlist , if having more labels to one subscriber then the chat list width is increasing and decreasing, on just hovering mouse , Ui is not good on this auto adjust


it Every tab ( Mine , Unread , Resolved ) switching is Showing a Preloader and taking 2-3 seconds , but it can be avoidable

The bot reply list isn't showing in Telegram.


It won't send a bot reply if you have the "all accounts" option. You must specifically filter the account from which the bot will be sent for it to work.

@BS Team,

You have given us 15 days as per this https://botsailor.com/forum/thread/1848-urgent-request-reinstate-whatsapp-live-chat-immediately?page=1#post-2 and already 6 days over.

You have to fix above mentioned bugs within this period so we can ask our client to move on Shared inbox because still this bugs is there and shared box is not stable.

so please consider on priority.

Please fix all of the bugs and then you can remove.


Also please don't push update on live servers before testing, we're facing downtime every 2nd or 3rd day since last 2 weeks

Please check twice all bugs still not resolved.

please tell us how much time it will take we have to inform our client because they are reporting us due to deadline we have given for 05-06-2025

so hope you will fix in next 2 days.
