
#1905-Manual Invoice/Payment Entry for Reseller Accounts
Dear Botsailor Team,
I hope you're doing well. I’d like to request a feature enhancement for the Reseller panel in Botsailor.
Currently, when a customer submits payment details, it appears under Manual Payment History, which is helpful. However, there is no option for admins to manually add or upload payment details or invoices on behalf of a customer. This becomes necessary in cases where customers share proof through WhatsApp, email, or external channels, but don’t submit it through the portal.
It would be extremely helpful if you could add a feature that allows resellers/admins to:
Manually enter payment details (amount, payment method, transaction ID, date)Optionally upload a file (e.g., image or PDF of payment slip)Have it recorded in the user’s manual payment historyMark it as pending or approvedThis would streamline payment verification, improve accuracy, and save time in managing transactions.

This option is necessary. It's a good suggestion. I have clients who pay externally and don't have access to any invoice documents.
