#1917-Template page not refresh

Hello team,

i noticed on multiple account and browsers.. when i create template and submit and close button.

inside template management new created template not visible automatically i have to refresh the page or click on sync template button.

before some days it was shows without refresh and sync template button as submitted.

so please fix,
