We’re seeing an intermittent issue where the bot stops responding for several minutes after custom fields are added to a user profile. It doesn’t happen every time—so it’s unclear whether it’s an outage or instability on Botsailor’s side—but we’ve consistently observed the pattern:
In both cases, the bot hangs for several minutes before resuming normal operation. This delay causes imprecise communication and leaves customers waiting. It’s extremely urgent to investigate and resolve. Has anyone else encountered this, or is there a known workaround or status update from Botsailor?
