I'm experiencing two serious issues that have persisted for over a week, with no real progress:
Emails are still showing the BotSailor domain, which directly harms my brand.When verifying an agent's email, the BotSailor screen appears, instead of my brand.I've reached out several times, but the responses are always the same, with no testing, no productivity, and no real effort to resolve the issue.
This is serious and damages my company's credibility.
I urgently request attention and a permanent fix.
