#1953-Intermittent Botsailor Downtime: Missing Responses

I’d like to report a serious, recurring issue:

Symptom: During periods of inactivity, the bot stops working entirely and fails to record user input.Evidence:In Screenshot 1 (Botsailor chat view), there is no trace of any incoming message or button press.In Screenshot 2 (WhatsApp Web), you can clearly see the user pressed the button—yet Botsailor never received it.Frequency: This is not an isolated incident; it has happened multiple times over the past weeks.Impact: Lost responses, impaired conversations and growing client frustration. If this continues, we risk losing customers.

Please investigate this urgently and advise on next steps or a workaround. I’m happy to provide timestamps or further logs if needed.
