#1962-Need action flows for custom template buttons

While using custom buttons in our message templates, we noticed there’s currently no option to define specific action flows for each button.

It would be very helpful if we could assign predefined flows to action buttons such as:

Unsubscribe

Chat with Human

This feature would greatly enhance user experience and streamline automation.

Please let us know if this can be supported or if there’s a workaround.

Yes, it would be grateful, also provide a option to import and export on action button , so if we want to make some changes temporary means take a backup and then do it
