#1995-News bugs after update

1) Earlier string search worked in user list but now not woking : https://botsailor.com/user/list

2) Team member : I have a team member a & b both dont share same waba, but still both able to see their name in shared inbox and live chat

3) location latitude longtitude details are not shared in webhook

4) Templates : You are not allowing to delete or edit the default templates, many users doesnt like default templates in that case they should have liberty to delete
