#2005-Broadcasting ERROR with INTERACTIVE

Hi BotSailor team,

I’m seeing every broadcast fail whenever the content is an interactive list or button message. The WhatsApp endpoint returns error #100 with the message “Unexpected key ‘rowType’ on param ‘interactive’.” It looks like BotSailor inserts a property called rowType into the payload, and Meta rejects it because that key isn’t allowed. As soon as I switch to a plain text or template broadcast, everything goes through, so the issue is specific to interactive messages.

Could you confirm whether this extra rowType field is being added by the platform and let us know if a fix or workaround is on the roadmap? Thanks for checking—happy to provide any additional logs if needed.

The entire sequencing system stopped working approximately 4 hours ago.
