Hello, team. I hope you're all doing well.
I’d like to urgently request a feature that is extremely important to me — and also to many other users of the platform.
Today, a very important client asked to cancel the service. I convinced him to wait until the end of the day by promising that we would deliver what he needs.
What he needs is simple but essential: a daily report showing how many support conversations each agent handled, based on sent and received messages.
This information must be clearly visible, either directly on the dashboard or in the users and team section. It’s crucial for managers to easily track each agent’s performance in a practical and objective way.
This is a basic but essential feature. I've seen other Botsailor users asking for similar functionality, so I’m making this request with full seriousness.
Please help me with this and prioritize the implementation of this feature as soon as possible. I’m even willing to pay for it, but I ask that you take this request seriously and treat it as urgent.
