#2050-Your platform is too extreme in broadcast RCN
I don't want to use RCN without it you need to broadcsat facebook subscriber.
What I mean is other platform I use like ahachat.com once someone chat on Facebook page, it will be automatically added to the broadcast list without going through RCN to allow Gem"Get Updates" this make us loose getting tangible subscribers to broadcast, we spend high amount on Facebook only to get 1 percent of Targeted subscribers on your platform due to 90+ won't want to click on "Get updates" on the RCN option, is either they don't know what it is or dey just jump to chat without looking at the "get updates" so I registered on your botsailor wanted to purchase Reseller plan, but with this restriction I can proceed, only if you can fix or remove it and enable broadcast on all subscribers of whoever that is added on the subscriber list after chatting on Facebook page to be added there, then I can purchase!
With chatpion was hace this option but in botsailor threre is no way to broadcast without rcn, without rcn broadcast is a cool feature we need it also
