BS Platform becoming day by day very unstable.
i am confident if you continue with this kind of delayed support and no answer on forum and on fb post for many days and busy in sale only and reply only when you develop or fix feature then replying then 1000% reseller will switch to another platform you will loss clients.
We're working in LIVE WhatsApp automation industry so at least team have to give priority to bug fixes on urgent basis.
From last 4 days not showing broadcasting stats, broadcast have much bugs, templates getting overlap so whole platform is USELESS because of silly bug and you're not answering on our bug report post.

I believe and read somewhere on forum or fb post user reported that template name getting messy but still you have not resolved even yesterday i created post but you have not responded.
Today my client want to do broadcast on 50K subscriber because having SALE only for Tomorrow what to do? unable to get actual template because of bug
Another client want to integrate webhook but not getting actual template what to do?

Sounds bad ? Well, according to me this is still less than what you should expect.
I created a forum post more than a week ago, posted same in fb community, shared same on live chat --- even more than 10 resellers want the same features but your team is so much busy that you don't have time to read it since last 1 week. Seriously 9 days to read a post ? If yes, then you deserve more worst things dude.
Also we've been facing a new bug every single day, I think now we're paying you to create bugs not any service.
Random server down, bot stops works, credit consumption gets high, broadcast reports error, template stops working and countless bugs we're paying for.
Getting client by offering 50% is more like a cheap strategy to get customers which anyone can do.
But calling yourself a big player with an example of tech companies like meta doesn't really makes you a big player untill and unless your customer are happy with the platform or service you're offering.
