We would like to request a new feature where we can assign multiple agents to a single conversation(Chats).

This will help us manage conversations more efficiently and ensure better collaboration among team members.

Please let us know if this can be added or if further details are needed from our end.

Currently, our platform allows for the assignment of a single agent to each conversation to ensure clarity and efficiency in communication. Unfortunately, assigning multiple agents to a single chat is not part of our roadmap at this time. Thank you for your understanding. Regards.
