We want to use the nurturing campaign feature to automate follow-ups and engagement with our WhatsApp leads. The idea is to send a series of personalized messages based on user actions or inactivity, so prospects stay engaged without manual intervention.

For example, if someone interacts with our WhatsApp chatbot but doesn’t complete a sign-up, the flow should automatically send reminders, share testimonials, or offer support over the next few days. If they respond or complete the action, the messages should stop or shift to the next relevant stage. This way, we can move leads down the funnel more efficiently.

Platforms like ManyChat or WATI provide drip campaign features for WhatsApp.

We’re looking for something similar: the ability to set up automated message sequences in your flow builder, with conditions and triggers based on user activity.
