#2107-Abandoned Cart Issue with Shopify Integration

The abandoned cart feature is not working for the Shopify integration. I have raised this query multiple times with your support team on WhatsApp, but have not received a satisfactory response.
Now, customers have started complaining and are requesting refunds. I request that issues of this nature, especially for such critical functions, be resolved immediately.
