Hi, i have changed yes content in ecommerce catalog checkout link , checkout success message and all


after that if click on sync button in connect account menu , all those chatbot is changing to default


give solution for this

Without changing the content sync Export the Checkout messages bots and Import it

This is getting serious issue , kindly fix it or give any solution , none of my customers are using botsailor's checkout page due to Indian Payment Gateway Provider's Rules and Regulations , WhatsApp Pay Native shipping Form also not convenient, we had made a workaround and achieved some convenient methods to provide solution with whatsapp pay and custom shipping form , but sometimes its is mandatory to click sync to get the latest updated info about the number , but all the checkout setup gone ,


please give solution

Hello Raj,

When you need to synchronize your catalog data, please sync from “eCommerce Catalog” instead of “Connect Account.” Syncing from “Connect Account” will reset all default messages, whereas syncing from “eCommerce Catalog” will update your catalog products without affecting your default messages.

i am sharing one of my customer's experience


have onboarded one client 2 days back, while onboarding time their tier limit is 1k , daily sent 400-500 messages and having custom checked messages , in meta the tier limit is increased , now want to send to 5000 messages , in broadcasting it is showing 1k instead of 10k , so now i want to sync without loosing the messages , there is no option guide me how to do this

I have onboarded one client 2 days back


completed business verification and their tier limit came to maximum 1000 conversation per day


customized the checkout messages as per their need


sending bulk messages of 400 - 500 subscribers for past 2 days


now their tier limit had increased to 10,000 conversation per day ( saw this on meta business manager )


but in Botsailor it is showing 1000 conversation per day


so can't able to do send broadcasting to 5000 subscribers


if i click sync button on connect account page , then it will update to 10,000 subscribers


but the checkout message will be reset , so again want to setup the checkout system fully from scratch


without distrubing the checkout messages , how to sync the tier limit ?

We have fixed the issue.

Now you can sync from Connect Account, and your changes to the default message will not reset. Please try it and let us know if everything works fine.
