#2119-Error in initial module

Hello When running an initial bot module like Botreply, a catalog bot, or another, from the API, nothing in that module works. It doesn't add or remove tags, nor does it do anything to the sequences. When I receive a new Catalog order, it doesn't add any of the tags I have configured. When the order is updated, it doesn't work either. This was reported months ago.

From the screenshot, I couldn't understand your full flow. In this case would you please open a support ticket, so we could check the matter for you.

Hello. The screenshots are just an example. The initial module for adding or removing tags and sequences doesn't work when running a bot from the API or sending it directly from the chat. It also doesn't work in catalog flows and the cart recovery message isn't sent either.
