#2122-Imported bot file not responding to messages

Hello,

I imported a bot file into my BotSailor account. After the import, the flow and blocks appear well-organized inside the platform, but when I test it, the bot doesn’t work: it doesn’t reply to messages or execute any steps.

make sure you have unique keyword for individual bot, after importing create custom field and map it, create label and assign accordingly, if you have connected other bot then find them and connect or create new, if used flow form then create and map and most important if you have you have used media in bot then re-upload media even it shows properly am sure your issue will be resolved by checking this.
