#2155-API Messages Variables View Option

Many software platforms do not provide webhook options, so using an API system becomes mandatory.

Currently, in Live Chat, API template messages do not clearly show what was actually sent.

If a message is sent mismatch or without proper variable values, it creates serious issues because we cannot easily identify what data was received in place of those variables. This also makes difficult communication with the software provider.

To resolve this, we request the following improvements:

Show variable values in the message itself – If not directly inside the message, at least display them below the message in a clear format such as:Provide a separate API log – The log should contain complete details of all inputs and outputs for better transparency and easier troubleshooting.

These options will make it much easier to communicate with external software providers and quickly identify any issues.
