#2184-Unable to send WhatsApp Broadcasts

Hello,

I need your assistance, please.

I’ve been running WhatsApp Broadcasts the same way for a long time, but today, for the first time, it’s not working — and I don’t know why.

I’ve attached some screenshots for reference.

Here’s what I usually do:

1.I select the template and the subscribers, then press Save.

2.To start the bot flow, I usually type a Title here and press Save.

3.Finally, I click the green Save button.

However, this time it doesn’t work.

Could you please help me figure out what’s wrong?

My customers are having the same problem, they click on save campaign to start the launch, and it simply doesn't save or start the campaign.

This is a problem with the general flow builder, no bot is saving properly.
