You can create a Support button on the platform with a link to our technical support (whatsapp or telegram). This is correct and logical for our clients.

Here's an example, our customers click on the Support button and go to watsapp to our support team.

We ourselves regulate where the client goes, we ourselves insert a link to this button in the settings.
